“I am not a fan of the dental field in general, but this place has changed my mind! Everyone is exceptionally kind, polite, and professional , and I mean every single person I encountered. Priscilla went above and beyond to find me an appointment on very short notice. She and Dr Kaur were also very accommodating when my gps brought me clear to Cedar Park instead of their office. They truly listen, made sure I understood everything they were saying and are working on a plan with me to fix what I need without trying to up-sale unnecessary work (this has happened to me multiple times over the last couple of years while I have tried to find good dental care). When I say they go above and beyond, I truly mean it. If you are looking for excellent dental care this is where you need to be!!!”

“So, I had a fear of going to a dentist after a horrible experience in the past, and was embarrassed to see one after 15 years without going, but an emergency made it necessary. I chose this place because it had great reviews and is very close to my home. It was a good decision. The entire staff at Chandler Creek, from the receptionist to the doctor and assistants, are kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. The receptionist was super helpful, first with easing my fears when I made an emergency appointment, then with giving me information about insurance and financing (they seem very willing to work with people when it comes to financing). She even told me I could call her if I had questions while signing up for dental insurance at home! Dr. Kaur is patient, calm, and matter-of-fact. She genuinely seems to care about her patients. She didn’t judge me for my lapse in dental care or pressure me into other procedures, just focused on my most immediate problems. She lays out the options and explains them clearly, without trying to push anything on you. She was very reassuring overall, about what I needed now and any future dental work, and it helped immensely with my anxiety. The specialist who comes to the office, Dr. Jake is also great. He’s very skilled and managed to extract two of my teeth in about five minutes! I was super impressed. He also seems to really enjoy his job and interacting with people, and he’s very good at putting you at ease if you’re nervous. I’m so happy I found this clinic, it really does feel like a “family” place where the employees are glad to be there and want to help you. While I don’t think I can ever say I look forward to going to the dentist, I’m definitely not afraid anymore thanks to the staff and the care I received at Chandler Creek Dental Care!”

I had treatment done there and from the very start all the team members from Dr.Kaur to Sam makes you feel super comfortable. They explained the whole process and communicated the next steps really well. They numbed me which was scary to me but even that did not feel bad at all. They were prompt and very empathetic throughout the whole treatment. Dr. Kaur has a very gentle touch when it comes to dental care. All the staff was personable and caring towards the dental needs. Overall it was a wonderful experience!”

“I had a really great experience. I had PTSD from my childhood dental appointments so I was extremely anxious. To my surprise, the staff was extremely comforting, kind and understanding with me. I was expecting to feel pain and discomfort, and I felt none of that. They even let me select music to play to calm my nerves. After a while, I was actually able to relax, and by that time my procedure was done. I only got two fillings replaced, but it was such a big deal for me. Moving forward if I had to have any other dental procedures, I would definitely use Chandler Creek. What was most important for me was feeling seen in her and they did just that. If you are looking for a dental office that is kind, this is the one. My childhood me is healed. I highly recommend Chandler Creek.”
